Very nice apartments in a nice/safe neighborhood; love the layout of my unit. The maintenance staff is excellent...if there's ever a problem, they respond the same day and fix it. The people in the office are very nice and professional. The only downside is that the heat and central air cost a lot considering the size of my apartment. I have also noticed that the noise from my neighbors has increased over the years that I've lived here.

I have called "The Grand Reserve" home for just over 5 years. It has been a wonderful community to live in. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. They truly seem to value their residents. The maintenance staff is awesome! Always experienced service with a smile. Some of my favorite features of the community include the gorgeous landscaping that is changed seasonally. I also loved that the community welcomed my large black lab dog, Savannah. In fact, that was one of the main reasons I chose to live here. It was one of the only "nice" places that would accept a large breed dog, so thank you from me and woof woof from her. :) We enjoyed the fenced in dog park they just built last summer, as well, and spent a lot of time throwing frisbees and catching balls. The staff plans several events to show their appreciation for the residents. It is a nice way to get to know your neighbors. I have always felt safe living in my lower level apartment. Never any problems at all that I have heard of. It is a very safe place. The actual quality of the building materials, appliances and such, is alright, but not great. Not too bad for a rental property. My biggest pet peeve is folks who would park their extra junky vehicles in the overflow parking which is supposed to be reserved for visitors who visit the residents. There were two occasions where people left their vehicles sit there for months. Very annoying and inconsiderate. All in all, however, this community has been a wonderful place and I have thoroughly enjoyed my residency. Made many friends and have several good memories. I would definately recommend "The Grand Reserve" to anyone who is looking for a great place to live.
